Water won't drain
Nothing's draining out; the pump or drain hose is likely blocked.
Load off balance
The drum can't even out the load enough to spin.
Door not secured
The door isn't latching or was left ajar.
Too much water
Water level is too high — usually a stuck inlet valve.
Motor locked up
The motor has overloaded or the rotor is jammed.
Not taking water
No fill — trace it back to the supply or inlet valve.
Water sitting inside
Won't pump out; check the drain pump and hose.
Filling too far
Overfilling, usually a faulty inlet valve.
Wash motor error
The wash motor has thrown a fault.
Not heating
The heating element has failed.
Leak picked up
The aqua-sensor has detected water where it shouldn't be.
Freezer sensor
The freezer temperature sensor has failed.
Fridge sensor
The fridge compartment sensor has failed.
Defrost sensor
A fault in the defrost sensor circuit.
Ice fan
The ice-maker fan motor isn't running right.
